T&T Training - An overview of our Corporate Language Training Courses

T&T Training provides a wide range and choice language training courses for individuals and groups studying either at their place of work, at one of Text-And-Talk's schools in Bangkok or Pattaya or at almost any location our clients choose. We also conduct training workshops, seminars and English camps at hotels, resorts or at our client's preferred location.

Whether you just want your staff to improve their level of basic conversation, you require an intensive skills-specific programme or you need a full-time consultant based on your premises, T&T Training can provide a solution to your needs by customizing training courses around your own, your staff's and your company's needs.

One of our Language Consultants from Bangkok or Pattaya will meet with you at the location of your choice to conduct an in-depth needs analysis to determine exactly which type of course, and of what duration, will provide the most benefits to you, your staff and your company. We will then prepare a proposal confirming your objectives and giving a course outline, study recommendations and suggested study materials.

We know from experience that it is only through adopting an on-going process of close consultation with our clients that we are able to help them to fully acheive their staff training objectives. Our teachers will maintain regular contact with your nominated coordinator, keeping them informed of progress and giving and taking suggestions to ensure that the course objectives are kept clearly in sight.

We provide a full reporting service as standard giving details of each student's progress throughout the course along with information on their strengths, weaknesses, attendance record and recomendations for any further training that we may have identified as necessary. We value our clients input and suggestions and, after an initial period, we conduct a brief survey to make 100% sure that your training course is on target to acheive your goals.
