Regarding Our Training Courses

servicing the needs of businesses and government departments throughout Thailand ever since.

A Our Head Office is located in the Ratchayothin area of Bangkok. We also have a Corporate Training
Office in Pattaya providing services to businesses on the Eastern Seaboard.

but also in schools, colleges and universities throughout Bangkok and many other provinces.
Q Where are your teachers from and are they qualified?
A Most of our teachers are native English speakers and all of our teachers possess good educational
backgrounds together with a recognised teaching qualification.
Q Do Text-And-Talk only teach English?
A No. We also teach many other languages such as French, German, Russian, Danish, Swedish,
Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and even Thai for your foreign staff members.
Q What makes Text-And-Talk different from many other schools?
A Our success has been built on providing the best possible language training at a competitive price.
Where appropriate, we will design a language course that is fully tailored to our client's needs which
will be taught by a qualified experienced professional teacher, preferrably with, at the least, a working
knowledge of the industry or market sector of our clients rather than just send someone to teach from
a standard course book with little or no relevance to the client's industry, aims or objectives.
Text-And-Talk does a lot more than just supply English teachers to teach business English. We have
busy language schools in Bangkok and Pattaya, we are an approved supplier of professional teachers
to government and private schools, we provide a full translation, proofreading and editing service and
we conduct the only TEFL Teacher Training Course which is officially approved by the Thai Ministry of
Education.
Q Are your courses expensive?
A No. In comparison to most other language training providers, our rates are very competitive based
on the level of service and quality of teaching we provide. A typical group of approximately 12 students
could study for less than 100 baht per person per hour in many cases.
Q Do Text-And-Talk provide the course materials?
A Yes. After determining study requirements and ability levels of staff we will recommend suitable
course study materials. You, as the client, can either purchase these materials yourself or we can
supply them to you at the publisher's, or their distributors, current prices.
Q How do you group together or place staff before training can start?
A We will conduct a pre-course placement test with all staff that are likely to study. This will comprise
of a multiple choice test and, where necessary, a speaking and listening test. In addition, we can also
conduct an in-class needs analysis to ensure that the needs and requirements of each individual
student fit with the overall aims and objectives of the company.
Q Do Text-And-Talk offer any other additional services when courses are in progress?
A Yes. During the training period, we will provide a mid-course and an end-of-course report outlining
individual student progress, attendance and test scores (if applicable). We will also conduct a survey
at an early stage of the course to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the course to date and
will stay in contact with you throughout the course to ensure that the training remains on-track to meet
your training objectives.
Q Do Text-And-Talk award certificates to students attending courses?
A Yes we do, but usually only on courses in excess of 60 hours. Usually, certificates are awarded to
those students who have shown the right level of committment to studying and have attended a
minumum number of classes rather than the "best in the class" or the "best exam result" type of
certificate. Some of our clients prefer to set their own criterion for awarding certificates and we will be
pleased to discuss this requirement with you, if you so wish.
