We always try to select a teacher who has, at the very least, a good working knowledge of the client's market sector, if not actual experience working in that sector or industry. We will not employ people who do not possess, as a minimum, evidence of formal training and a recognised international qualification to teach English as a foreign language, known as TEFL, or to teach English as a second language, known as TESL.
